Investing in the knowledge and development of young professionals is one of the values we hold especially dear at Enison. That is why, through our apprenticeship program — a structured vocational internship for high school students — we provide hands-on experience that allows future installation technicians to familiarise themselves with modern technology and develop skills that are highly valued in today’s industry.[2]
We believe that the knowledge of the best specialists is not built on theory alone — it is acquired through practical work and collaboration.
What Does the Internship Include?
The vocational internship program is designed to help trainees gain a comprehensive understanding of all key areas of Enison’s work. During the internship, participants have the opportunity to learn about the processes of design, installation, and maintenance of energy and industrial systems, and to take an active part in the daily work and activities of our expert teams.[3]
Working side by side, we get to know their abilities, interests, and potential — while they get to know our work, company culture, and the values we stand by.
Interns gain knowledge in areas that will serve them throughout their careers:
- Energy plants and industrial systems
- Heating and cooling systems
- Ventilation systems
- Gas, water supply, and sanitary installations
- Metal structures and locksmithing works
They build practical experience in:
- Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Fabricating, assembling, connecting, testing, and maintaining pipe joints and systems, and installing pipe runs
- Reading technical documentation, drawings, and schematics
- Taking measurements, marking pipeline routes, and fabricating installation hangers
- Welding and metalwork
- Pressure testing and leak testing of systems
- Teamwork with project participants and development of professional and organisational skills

Depending on their level of knowledge and progress, interns are gradually assigned more complex tasks and gain increasing independence in performing work. This gives them a more detailed insight into the trade and helps them connect different areas of knowledge when executing complex projects.
The goal is the active participation of interns in work tasks tailored to their level of knowledge and experience.
Interns have the opportunity to:
- Get acquainted with modern technologies
- Gain experience that builds on the theoretical knowledge acquired during their education
- Develop professional skills
What we expect from our interns:
- Responsibility in work
- Respect for safety standards and agreed deadlines
- Eagerness to learn
- Active participation in team work
- Independence in executing tasks
- Professional handling of tools and equipment
- Neatness and quality of workmanship
Communication, teamwork, organisation, and problem-solving are just as important as technical knowledge — and our internship program is precisely the environment where both are developed fastest.
We are especially proud of the fact that a large number of young people recognise the value of working with us and the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals. This is best reflected in their desire to stay on and work at Enison after completing school.

At Enison, we believe that investing in young people means investing in the future of the trade and industry. Through our vocational internship program, we nurture interest, professional growth, and the acquisition of knowledge in new generations.[2]
Let your internship be the first step toward a successful career!
